I’ve a number of opportunities of late for my creative endeavors. So much so, I’m a bit overwhelmed. I’ve been keeping it on the downlow ’cause I’ve simply learned to keep my mouth closed regarding such things.
In a coupla days or so, I hope to be back here on a more consistent basis and share what’s been keeping me occupied in the studio.
I know today will find me in my garage pouring resin and later, back in the studio on the sewing machine. I was working with students yesterday, using charcoal, and when I tell you by the end of 90 minutes, it looked as if they’d come from underneath a car, it was a beautiful thing.
Here are some completed still life works. I’d set up 3 options.

I don’t know about you but it’s been a long week for me. I must say that vegan dietary changes and eating, most days, once a day, has been feeding my mental state of mind as much as my physical. Eating in suchaway, not only are you clear about yourself, you can see clean through other folk. Additionally, it’ll make you tell them what you see. You feel me?!
Nuff said.
These are good! I like the use of color with the charcoal.

Thank you! And that they had no experience with pastel or charcoal, I’m super proud of the outcome.
